Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

Quantum Leap LLC is a third-party authorized retailer for various internet service providers (ISPs). We assist customers with selecting a suitable internet plan, scheduling installation, and getting connected. We do not directly provide internet or cable TV services. All ongoing internet services are delivered and billed by your selected ISP.

2. Service Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian authorization.

• Provide accurate and current personal and billing information.

• Reside in an area where Quantum Leap LLC can facilitate ISP service.

3. Our Services

Quantum Leap LLC provides the following one-time services for a fee of $99.00:

• Assisting you in selecting an appropriate internet plan from available ISPs.

• Scheduling and coordinating installation with your chosen ISP.

• Facilitating the onboarding and setup process to get you connected.

We do not provide, manage, or bill for ongoing monthly internet service. That relationship is solely between you and your selected ISP.

4. One-Time Service & Installation Fee

• Quantum Leap LLC charges a one-time, non-recurring fee of $99.00 for our service and installation coordination.

• This fee is due at the time of signup and is separate from any monthly charges billed by your ISP.

• Quantum Leap LLC's billing relationship with you ends with this one-time fee. All ongoing monthly service charges, equipment fees, and any early termination fees are determined and billed solely by your selected ISP.

5. Installation and Equipment

• Installation is coordinated by Quantum Leap LLC but performed by or on behalf of your selected ISP.

• Any equipment such as modems, routers, or set-top boxes is supplied by your selected ISP, not Quantum Leap LLC.

• You are responsible for the proper care and timely return of any equipment leased by your ISP, in accordance with that provider's policies.

• Quantum Leap LLC does not accept returned equipment and cannot process equipment returns on behalf of any ISP.

• Technicians must be granted access to your premises for installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting as required by your ISP.

6. Monthly Internet Service and Billing

• Monthly internet service is billed directly by the ISP you select at signup.

• All billing inquiries, payment disputes, and monthly invoices are managed exclusively by your selected ISP.

• Late or missed payments to your ISP may result in late fees, service suspension, or termination per that provider’s terms.

• Quantum Leap LLC has no visibility into or control over your ISP billing account.

7. Cancellation

7a. Cancellation of Quantum Leap LLC Services

• You may cancel your Quantum Leap LLC order at any time by contacting us directly.

• The $99.00 service and installation fee is eligible for a full refund if: (i) you submit a valid cancellation request within 30 days of payment, and (ii) installation has not yet been completed.

• If cancellation occurs after installation, the $99.00 fee is non-refundable.

• Quantum Leap LLC reserves the right to cancel your order if installation cannot be completed at your address or if payment is not received. In such cases, a full refund of the $99.00 fee will be issued.

7b. Cancellation of Monthly Internet Service

• To cancel your monthly internet service, you must contact your selected ISP’s customer service directly.

• Cancellation terms, required notice periods, and any early termination fees (ETFs) are determined solely by your ISP and are not the responsibility of Quantum Leap LLC.

8. Refund Policy

8a. Eligibility

• You may be eligible for a full refund of the $99.00 fee if: (i) you submit a valid cancellation request within 30 days of payment, (ii) installation has not been completed, and (iii) no violation of these Terms has occurred.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. No store credits or gift credits will be issued.

• If the service was purchased as a gift, the refund will be returned to the original purchaser’s payment method.

• No processing fees are charged by Quantum Leap LLC for eligible refunds.

8b. Refund Timeline

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receiving a valid refund request.

8c. Non-Refundable Charges

• The $99.00 fee is non-refundable once installation has been completed.

• Any charges from your selected ISP (monthly fees, ETFs, equipment charges, etc.).

• Custom configurations or personalized service adjustments.

• Shipping or return shipping fees for ISP-supplied equipment.

8d. How to Request a Refund

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information during signup.

• Use any facilitated services for unlawful or malicious purposes.

• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt any network or infrastructure associated with your ISP or Quantum Leap LLC.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

Quantum Leap LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Service interruptions, outages, delays, or loss of data attributable to your selected ISP.

• The quality, reliability, or continuity of internet service provided by your ISP.

• Unauthorized access to your personal information beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the $99.00 fee paid to Quantum Leap LLC.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website at thequantumleap.us. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
