QuantumLeap LLC – Refund Policy

At QuantumLeap LLC, we are a third-party authorized retailer for various internet service providers. We help customers select a plan, schedule installation, and get connected. This policy explains when and how refunds apply for our one-time service and installation fee and how refunds are handled for services provided by your selected internet service provider.

1. Eligibility for Refunds – QuantumLeap LLC Fee

You may be eligible for a full refund of our $99.00 one-time service and installation fee if:

  • You submit a valid cancellation request within 30 days of payment and before installation has been completed.

  • No violation of our Terms and conditions has occurred.

2. Refunds for Monthly Internet Service

  • Monthly service is billed directly by the internet service provider you select.

  • Refund eligibility for monthly service charges is subject to your selected provider’s own refund policy.

  • To request a refund for monthly service, you must contact your selected provider directly.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for eligible Quantum Leap LLC fees will be processed within 60 days of receiving your valid request.

  • Refund timelines for your selected internet service provider’s charges will follow their policy.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • No processing fees will be charged for refunds issued by Quantum Leap LLC.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following items are non-refundable through Quantum Leap LLC:

  • One-time service and installation fee if cancellation occurs after installation.

  • Any charges from your selected internet service provider because the provider do have their own refund policy.

  • Custom configurations or personalized service adjustments.

  • Shipping or return shipping fees for equipment.

6. Equipment Returns

  • If your selected internet service provider supplied you with equipment (e.g., modem, router), returns must be made directly to them.

  • Quantum Leap LLC does not manage equipment returns and cannot accept returned devices.It must be returned to your selected provider.

7. Gifted Services

  • If the one-time Quantum Leap LLC service was purchased as a gift, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

  • Refunds are not available as gift credits or store credits.
