QuantumLeap LLC – Cancellation Policy

At QuantumLeap LLC, we are a third-party authorized retailer for various internet service providers. We assist customers with selecting a plan, scheduling installation, and getting connected. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to make the cancellation process transparent and fair.

1. Cancellation of QuantumLeap LLC Service & Installation

• The $99.00 one-time service and installation fee is eligible for a full refund if you submit a valid cancellation request within 30 days of payment and before installation has been completed.

• Refunds will be processed within 60 days of receiving your valid request.

• If cancellation occurs after installation, the $99.00 fee is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation of Monthly Internet Service

• Monthly service is billed directly by the internet service provider you select at signup.

• To cancel your monthly internet service, you must contact your selected provider’s customer service.

• Their cancellation terms, notice periods, and possible early termination fees are determined by that provider, not QuantumLeap LLC.

3. Equipment Return

• If your selected internet service provider supplied you with equipment (e.g., modem, router, set-top box), it must be returned directly to them in good condition within their required timeframe.

• Failure to return equipment may result in additional charges from your selected provider.

4. Service Cancellation by QuantumLeap LLC

• We reserve the right to cancel orders if installation cannot be completed at your address or if payment for our one-time service fee is not received.

• If we cancel your order before installation, you will receive a full refund of the $99.00 service and installation fee.

5. Final Billing

• QuantumLeap LLC’s billing ends with the one-time service and installation fee.

• Any ongoing charges, prorated credits, or final invoices for monthly internet service will come directly from your selected provider, per their policies.
